Instructions for use

  1. Gradually mix the mortar with water.
  2. Mix mechanically with clean water at low rpm for 3 minutes until you obtain a smooth, fluid paste.
  3. Leave the paste to stand for 2 minutes and the mix again briefly.
  4. Pour the product over the surface, spreading it out with a trowel or scraper.
  5. In case a second coat is required, this can be applied after 24 hours.
Warnings and recommendations
  • Do not apply at temperaturas below 5º C or above 35º C.
  • This product is ready to mix with water. Do not add any find of additional substance which may alter its properties.
  • Mind the expansion joints.
  • Not recommended for thicknesses below 2 cm.
  • Compatible with the adhesives normally used for this type of floor finishing.
  • In outdoor floors, a curing process is required during at leat 24 hours after application.
  • Do not apply onto metal surfaces.
  • Do not apply directly onto anhydrite floors.
  • Do not apply onto surfaces subjected to bending stress.
  • If laying light paving, it is better to sand the surface first.
  • We recommend wearing rubber gloves when handling this cement-like product.
  • All tools must be washed immediately after use. If the product is allowed to dry, it will only be posible to remove it by mechanical means.

Available Formats

aplica Level Grueso is available in 25 kg paper sacks with moisture-proof plastic lining, dispatched on shrink-wrapped pallets weighing a total of 1,600 kg (64 sacks).

Storage: up to 12 months after manufacturing in suitable temper atura and humidity conditions.

Application Surfaces
  • The surfaces onto which the product is applied must be clean, sound and free from oils, grease, paint and traces of plaster.
  • The surface must be prepared mechanically before application so that it has open pores.
Applications
  • Levelling and smoothing concrete and mortar surfaces.
  • Surface screed.
  • Can be covered by ceramics, natural stone, parquet, carpets, synthetic floors, etc.
