1 Before applying the product, shake well until you obtain a homogeneous product.
2 Depending on the porosity of the application surface, the product should be applied in one or two coats:
Apply two coats on porous application surfaces. The first coat diluted 1:2 and allow to dry before applying the second coat. The second one diluted 1:1,5.
Apply just one coat diluted 1:1,5 on low porosity application surfaces.
Apply just one coat diluted 1:1 on application surfaces without absorption.
3 Add aplica Level Primer to the recommended amount of clean water and stir to achieve homogeneity.
4 Apply by brush or roller.
5 Before applying the self-levelling mortar, wait 2-5 hours (at 20oC) for the film formation (a dry and transparent film). This waiting time can be affected by low temperatures and high relative humidity. Allow it to dry overnight under very unfavorable conditions. If two coats are applied, it is recommended to wait until the first one is dry before applying the second one.

• The application surface must have a minimum temperature of +10ºC and a maximum one of +30ºC.
• Low temperatures and high humidity will hinder the film formation.
• At high temperatures keep aplica Level Primer in a cool place prior to use.
• Wait until the first coat loses stickiness to apply the second one.
• The product can be applied with a sprayer, but the roller and the brush help it penetrate the application surface better.
• For indoor use only.
• Preserve the packaging of extreme temperatures, direct exposure to sun and frost.
• Avoid storing in conditions of extreme temperatures, direct exposure to sunlight and frost.
• All tools must be washed immediately after use. Once hardened, the material can only be removed mechanically.
• Dispose of waste in an authorized collection point.
• Prior to the application, a surface burnishing is suitable on ceramic application surfaces.
• Complies with EU-Directive 2004/42. The maximum VOC content of aplica Level Primer ready for use is less than 130 g/l.

aplica Level Primer is available in plastic containers of 5 et 25 litres.

Storage: up to 12 months after manufacturing date in its closed original packaging at temperatures between +5ºC and +25ºC. Protect from frost.

• Suitable for mortar, concrete application surfaces and ceramic floorings.
• The application surface must be sound, clean, surface grout, free from oils, grease, wax, chips, spare parts or poorly-adhered sections.
• If necessary, repair the concrete application surface with aplicaTec Repair range’s mortars 24 hours prior to application.
• The application surface must have a minimum tensile strength of 1.0 N/mm².
