Aplicacril Flex Imper

Flexible rendering mortar for waterproofing.

Complies with standard UNE 53.413 “Flexible rendering mortars based in polymers in water based dispersion, without steel rebars, for waterproofing in situ in the building site”.

Complies with standard UNE 53.410 “Flexible layers for applying in situ based in copolymers in water based dispersion, with steel rebars, for waterproofing in the building site”, using the appropriate steel rebar.

Instructions for use

  1. Shake aplicaFill by hand or mechanically for its homogenization before using.
  2. Application can be made by wool r oller, brush or airless projection.
  3. Apply a first coat of diluted pr oduct 1:3 (water: aplicaFill) for a good penetration in all cracks and fissures.
  4. Once this first coat is dried (ar ound 10 hours), apply several coats of aplicaFill until obtaining the appropriate thickness (always with the previous dried coat).
  5. If necessary, a fibreglass mesh can be used over the first non diluted coat even when it is fr esh. Once dry, later coats will be applied.

Warnings and recommendations

  1. Do not use aplicaFill in areas in permanent contact with water, because of storage, water logging or condensation.
  2. aplicaFill is a product for finishing.
  3. In case a higher mechanical r esistance is required, a fibreglass mesh could be used.
  4. This is not a finishing r endering product for frequent transit, but passable.
  5. Do not put over the product sharp hazards.
  6. Surface/application temperature of +5ºC/35ºC.
  7. Application tools will be immediately cleaned with water after their use.
System structure

For applications in vertical surfaces as well as for roofing:

  • 1 priming coat with diluted aplicaFill (1:3) in the case of porous surfaces.
  • 2 aplicaFill coats (a fibreglass mesh can be used in roofing between the two coats, with the first coat still fresh and the second coat with the first coat once dry).
 
Available Formats

aplicaFill is available in plastic tins of 5 and 20 kgs. The expiration date is 1 year from manufacturing in its original closed containers and protected from frost and heavy sun exposure.
