aplicaTec Grout AR
Fluid mortar made of shrinkage-compensating expansive cement, with very high initial and long-term mechanical resistance and high bond strength with concrete. Ready to use – just add water. Free from chlorides.
Also available as a sulphur-resistant mortar, aplicaTec Grout SR (see product data sheet for specifications).
aplicaTec Grout AR
- Añadir de forma gradual el mortero sobre el agua de amasado (2,6 litros por saco de 25 Kg). No debe utilizarse agua en exceso.
- Amasar mecánicamente a bajas revoluciones con agua limpia hasta conseguir una pasta fluida y homogénea.
- Colocar el producto por vertido inmediatamente después de su amasado, para aprovechar sus propiedades expansivas.
- Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC.
- Do not apply when frost or rain are forecasted.
- Always use the exact amount of water specified.
- This product is ready to mix with water.
- Do not add any kind of additional substance which may alter its properties.
This product is not recommended for surface leveling.
When filling under plates, always ensure that there is a hole through which the air displaced by the mortar can escape.
We recommend wearing rubber gloves when handling this cement-like product.
All tools must be washed immediately after use. If the product is allowed to dry, it will only be possible to remove it by mechanical means.
aplicaTec Grout AR is available in 25 kg paper sacks with moisture-proof plastic lining, dispatched on shrink-wrapped pallets weighing a total of 1,000 kg (40 sacks).
Storage: up to 12 months after manufacturing date in suitable temperature and humidity conditions.
- The surfaces onto which the product is applied must be clean, sound and free from oils, grease and paint.
- Any metal elements must be free from rust.
- Absorbent surfaces should be saturated with water before the product is applied.
- Make sure that no puddles form on the surface.
- Anchoring for metal elements, concrete or machinery.
- Filling bedplates by pouring under support plates.
- Filling hollows in concrete.
- Supporting beams in bridges.
- Fixing bolts.
