SPECIAL TAIL CEMENT FOR SOLERY C2

Cement glue of mixed binders specially indicated for the placement of soles of parts of low absorption in indoors and outdoors.
Cement bonding agent of mixed binders. Based on Portland cement, selected aggregates of controlled granulometry and special additives that improve adhesion and workability. For placement of low-absorption thin-layer pavements. For indoor and outdoor use, C2 according UNE-EN 12004.

Instructions for use

  1. Knead with approx. 6.5-7.1. Of cleanwater with an electric mixer at lo w revolutions until obtaining a homogeneous masswithout lumps and with the desired
    consistency.
  2. Let the dough rest 5 minutes and grind before applying.
  3. Extend the paste on the support in cloths not exceeding 2 m2, combing with the appropriate toothed trowel. In formats larger than 35×35 it is always necessary to double glue.
  4. Place the ceramic pieces on the milling cutter by pressing them gently for a complete contact over the entire surface, crushing the grooves.
  5. Leave a joint of at least 1.5 mm inside and 5 mm Outdoors.
  6. Wait 48 hours for grouting.
  7. Respect perimetral and structural joints. In Interior floors leave partition joints every 50 m2 and 30 m2 outside.
Warnings and recommendations
  • In support with plaster base, use Aplicacer CAPA GRUESA EXTRA.
  • For internal and external joints use JT Capajoint Color.
  • Do not apply at risk of frost or rainy weather.
  • Do not apply at temperatures below 5 ° C or higher than 35ºC.
  • Periodically check that a surface film has not formed on the extended adhesive, in which case it must be removed and reapplied.
  • Check the stickiness of the paste by periodically lifting some tiles and observing that they are well adhered.
  • This is a product ready to mix with water, do not add any type of additive that will alter its properties.
  • Use within 1 year from the date of packaging and store a covered and dry place in its original closed container sheltered from moisture.

AD Capacer Capa Especial C2 Blanco o Gris is presented in paper sacks with 25 kg moisture-proof plastic sheet. Consigned on shrink pallets of 1,600 kg (64 bags).

 
Application Surfaces
  • Concrete floors and cement-based screeds. With an adequate flatness they should be: hard, stable, clean, free of dust and without traces of paint. Check that there are no disintegrable parts in the holder.
  • Can be made up to 5 mm with the same product, 48 hours before laying the pavement.
