Preparation and verification of the surface

1 Check that the surface is hard, stable, clean, free of dust, paint, release agents and is dry. Check the flatness as well as that there are no disintegrable parts, cracks, fissures, or gaps in the surface and if necessary, repair it beforehand.

2. It is necessary to carry out a previous cleaning with cleaning agents and mechanical means in order to facilitate an adequate installation and the correct functioning of the product.

3. Once the previous points have been made and prior to the application of the material, the adherent primer, Aplica Level Primer, must be applied. This product will be applied following the recommendations of its technical sheet.

• Respect the amounts of mixing water.
• An excess of water does not improve workability and can alter the final appearance as well as a decrease in final performance. Respect the recommended thicknesses.
• Do not apply outdoors, or on bases susceptible to humidity due to capillary rise.performance. Respect the recommended thicknesses.
• Do not apply on metal surfaces.
• Make and respect the structural joints and fractionation properly, for large areas.
• Do not apply in anticipation of frost and avoid application in direct sunlight or draughts. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C.
• On substrates with underfloor heating, turn it off at least 24 hours before applying the product.
• Keep the area ventilated to promote drying.
• This is a product ready to be mixed with water, do not add any type of additive that could alter its properties. Use preferably before 9 months from the date of packaging and store in a covered and dry place in its original sealed container, away from moisture.

CapaFLOOR Level Tech 3-30 is presented in 25 kg paper bags with moisture-proof plastic lining. in shrink-wrapped pallets of 1,000 kg. (40 bags).
