FL CapaFLOOR Level 0-10

Mortar made of cement, siliceous sands by controlled grading and additives that give the product high strength and levelling capacity. Designed for levelling floors with thicknesses of up to 10 mm, before placing the cladding with a quick resistance development. For indoor use.

Instructions for use

  1. Gradually mix the mortar with water.
  2. Mix mechanically with clean water at low rpm for 3 minutes until you obtain a smooth, fluid paste.
  3. Leave the paste to stand for 2 minutes and the mix again briefly.
  4. Pour the product over the surface, spreading it out with a trowel or scraper.
  5. In case a second coat is required, this can be applied after 24 hours.
Warnings and recommendations
  • Do not apply at temperaturas below 5º C or above 35º C.
  • This product is ready to mix with water. Do not add any find of additional substance which may alter its properties.
  • Mind the expansion joints.
  • Not recommended for thicknesses below 2 cm.
  • Compatible with the adhesives normally used for this type of floor finishing.
  • In outdoor floors, a curing process is required during at leat 24 hours after application.
  • Do not apply onto metal surfaces.
  • Do not apply directly onto anhydrite floors.
  • Do not apply onto surfaces subjected to bending stress.
  • If laying light paving, it is better to sand the surface first.
  • We recommend wearing rubber gloves when handling this cement-like product.
  • All tools must be washed immediately after use. If the product is allowed to dry, it will only be posible to remove it by mechanical means.

Capalevel 0-10 is sold in 25 kg paper sacks with plastic sheet, in pellets of 1,000 kg. (40 sacks).

Repair, preparation and levelling of new building floors and refurbished floors.

Applications
  • The bases must be hard, rough, stable, clean, free of dust, paint, plaster and stripping substances.
  • Check the flatness so that there are broken parts or crack son the base and when necessary, clean it beforehand.
