CEMENT MASONRY MORTAR.
General-purpose industrial masonry mortar.
Mortar composed of grey or white Portland cement, aggregates with controlled particle size, and additives that improve the product's workability and plasticity. General-purpose masonry mortar (G), in accordance with UNE EN 998-2.

- Substrates must be rough, hard, stable, clean, and free of dust, paint residues, and form-release agents.
- The surface must be free of foreign matter.
- Mix with 3.25–3.50 L of clean water per bag using a low-speed electric mixer, adding water until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture of the desired consistency is obtained.
- Let the mixture rest for 2 minutes and remix before application.
- Do not apply over gypsum-based substrates.
- Do not apply if there is a risk of rain or frost.
- The aggregate to be embedded must be dry.
- Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC.
- For thicknesses exceeding 15 mm, apply in two layers.
- For absorbent or very hot surfaces, it is recommended to dampen the surface beforehand and again after 24 hours to prevent the mortar from drying out too quickly and losing strength.
- This product is ready to be mixed with water; do not add any additives that might alter its properties.
- To increase water resistance and adhesion, mix with one liter of latex additive per bag of mortar.
- Use within one year of the packaging date and store in a covered, dry place in the original sealed container, protected from moisture.
SC Capasec Gris M12,5 is supplied in 25 kg paper bags with a moisture-proof plastic liner, on shrink-wrapped pallets of 1,600 kg (64 bags).
Storage: 12 months from the date of manufacture under suitable temperature and humidity conditions.
Masonry construction (facades, walls, pillars, partitions), including jointing and bonding of clay bricks, concrete blocks, and masonry units. Standard rendering and plastering work, construction of floor slabs, and roof leveling.
