- Gradually add the mortar to the mixing water.
- Mix mechanically for 3 minutes at low speed with clean water until a smooth, fluid paste is achieved.
- Let stand for about 2 minutes and mix again briefly.
- Pour the product onto the substrate, spreading it with a trowel or scraper.
- If a second coat is required, it can be applied after 24 hours.
- Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C.
- This product is ready to mix with water; do not add any additives that could alter its properties.
- Respect expansion joints.
- Not recommended for thicknesses less than 2 cm.
- It is compatible with adhesives typically used for this type of flooring.
- For exterior flooring, curing is required for at least 24 hours after application.
- Do not apply to metal surfaces.
- Do not apply directly to anhydrite floors.
- Do not apply to substrates subject to flexing.
- For the installation of lightweight flooring, pre-sanding is recommended.
- As this is a cementitious product, the use of rubber gloves is recommended.
- Tools and implements should be cleaned with water immediately after use. If the product hardens, it can only be removed mechanically.
- EPS expansion tape must be installed around the perimeter, at junctions with walls and partitions, as well as with pillars. The minimum thickness of the expansion tape will be 15 mm.
Aplica Level Grueso Fibrado is presented in 25 kg paper bags with a moisture-proof plastic film on 1,600 kg shrink-wrapped pallets (64 bags).
Storage: 12 months from the date of manufacture under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions.
The substrates must be hardened, dust-free, sound, and free of oil, grease, paint, and plaster residue.
The substrates must be mechanically prepared to achieve an open-pore surface.
Fill holes and cavities the day before.
Absorbent substrates must be pre-moistened.
