• Mix with clean water (8.5 - 9.5 l/sack) mechanically until obtaining a homogeneous and workable consistency.
• Allow the kneaded adhesive to rest for 5 min and re-knead before application.
• Spread the paste on the support in cloths not exceeding 2 meters, combing with the appropriate trowel. Follow the instructions for use defined in the UNE-EN 138002 table.
• Place the ceramic pieces on the fresh gel adhesive, pressing them gently until making complete contact with the entire surface, flattening the grooves.
• For the treatment of joints between tiles both
  indoors and outdoors, as well as perimeter and structural joints, follow the indications for the use of nests in the tables of the UNE-EN 138002 standard.

• No aplicar en soportes poco cohesivos y débiles.
• No aplicar con temperaturas inferiores a 5 oC ni superiores a 45 oC.
• No aplicar con riesgo de heladas o tiempo lluvioso.
• Para aplicaciones sobre soportes o derivados de yeso o anhidrita usar previamente nuestra imprimación adherente CAPA PRIMER TOP.
• En condiciones climatológicas extremas (viento y tempe- raturas elevadas) se produce un secado más rápido de lo normal, provocando una reducción del tiempo abierto de aplicación.
• En caso de altas temperaturas, viento y soportes muy absorbentes conviene humedecer el soporte y esperar a la desaparición de la película de agua, antes de la aplicación del material.
• Comprobar la pegajosidad de la pasta levantando periódicamente alguna baldosa colocada y observando que está bien adherida.
• Aplicar el producto siguiendo las indicaciones recogidas en la normativa de colocación UNE-EN 138002 y de
técnica. Para cualquier duda consultar a Departamento Técnico.
• Utilizarlo antes de 1 año desde su fecha de envasado y almacenar en un lugar cubierto y seco en su envase original, al abrigo de la humedad.

Capagel Flex Premium is presented in 25 kg BOPP bags, formed on shrink-wrapped pallets in 1000 kg, 1400 kg and 1600 kg formats.

The surfaces must be set and clean of dust, paint and oil. Avoid dead plasters and weak plasters.
The product can be used on surfaces made of laminated plaster, plaster and derivatives of plaster or on conventional surfaces such as plaster and concrete floors, as well as on aerated concrete.
In case of use on surfaces or with tiles not defined in the material's technical data sheet, consult the Technical Department.
