How to use

Substrate Preparation and Inspection.

1. Ensure the substrate is hard, stable, clean, free of dust, paint, release agents, and dry. Check for flatness and ensure there are no loose parts, cracks, fissures, or voids in the substrate. Repair any necessary imperfections beforehand.

2. Pre-cleaning with cleaning agents and mechanical means is necessary to facilitate proper application and the correct performance of the product.

3. Once the above steps have been completed, and before applying the material, apply the bonding primer, Aplica Level Primer. This product should be applied according to the recommendations in its technical data sheet.

Mixing and Application

1. Prepare the substrate appropriately.

2. Mix mechanically with clean, potable water in the indicated quantity until a smooth, fluid, self-leveling paste without lumps is obtained. Mix the amount of material that can be used within 30 minutes of mixing, although this time may vary depending on environmental conditions.

3. Let it rest for 2 minutes.

4. Pour the mixture onto the surface and help to level it completely.

Precautions and Recommendations

Respect the mixing water quantities.
Excess water does not improve workability and can alter the final appearance, as well as reduce performance. Respect the recommended thicknesses.
Do not apply outdoors or on surfaces susceptible to rising damp.
Do not apply to metal surfaces. For large areas, ensure proper structural joints and proper spacing.
Do not apply if frost is expected and avoid application in direct sunlight or drafts.
Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C. On surfaces with radiant heating, turn it off at least 24 hours before applying the product. Keep the area well-ventilated to promote drying.
Expanding EPS tape must be applied around the perimeter, at junctions with walls and partitions, as well as with pillars. The minimum thickness of the expanding tape must be 15 mm. This product is ready to mix with water; do not add any additives that may alter its properties.
Use preferably within 9 months of the packaging date and store in a covered, dry place in its original sealed container, protected from moisture.
